An accounts assistant is required for an engineering company based in South Dublin.
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing accounts payable and related administrative tasks
• Processing weekly payroll
• Administering weekly wages including new starters and payroll changes
• Providing ad hoc HR and general administrative support
• Supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director as required
• Carrying out any other relevant duties from time to time
Your Requirements:
• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processing
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
