Site Director - Engineering Leadership
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to lead our engineering team in delivering high-performing process and utility equipment. As the leader of the site's engineering function, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with stringent demands of modern Aseptic Fill-Finish processing.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting predefined quality requirements. You will work closely with the global engineering group and act as a key member of the site senior leadership team.
About this Role
* Delivery of required Safety, Environmental, Quality and Financial performance of the Engineering Department.
* Partnering with Site Leadership Team to ensure that Site meets its Safety goals through effective management of plant resources.
* Leading cross-functional teams creating positive employee engagement culture aligned to AbbVie Way.
