Overview
Secretary required for a 10 month period in Newcastle, Galway.
Responsibilities
Secretary will be working for the head of the buildings/ maintenance department.
You will be required to communicate with managers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, external contractors etc.
You will prepare authorisation forms ( for POs & GRNS), organise the training requirements within the department, assist on department projects and basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience, come from a construction background.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Great knowledge of MS Office Package
Strong overall computer skills
Willing to show initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Contract & Compensation
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: €16.50 per hour
Expected hours: Monday-Friday 35hrs per week
