My Client are renowned for being market leaders – and have some amazing brands! several of which are Number 1 in their own sector! (not just in Ireland but in the global market) Due to a recent re‑structure; they are now looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join the team.
This is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the top FMCG companies in the marketplace its just not their brands but it’s the people in the business - 1. The Manager- has been with the company for over 15 years and she is fantastic! A really good mentor; fair and supportive. 2. The team- people work together ; no ego’s – people are supportive of one another. 3. The Brands- Fantastic brands ! ( their culture is so good – people rarely leave the business and if they do, its never down to culture)
In a nutshell; this is a varied and diverse role. You will be required to be comfortable with data; commercial ; work collaboratively with stakeholders and partner with Retailers and as Caroline- the Hiring Manager (who is a massive sell to the role) said “ the Revenue growth manager in many respects will expected to be the gatekeeper for decisions- analyse what commercial levers to pull on and be a strong advisor and support to the commercial team - aside from being commercial the Revenue Growth Manager must be able to voice their opinion and come with recommendations.”
Purpose of the role
This role is tasked with developing, shaping and executing revenue growth management strategies across pricing, promotions, mix, pack architecture, and trade terms to drive sustainable, profitable growth across key Health & Beauty categories.
Key Responsibilities

Devise, shape and deploy the revenue growth management strategy for the group.
Develop and deliver insight‑led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment and trade investment.
Convert and combine various data sources to deliver clear actionable insights across health & beauty categories.
Analyse market, customer and brand performance data to identify risks and opportunities and support recommendations to drive action plan.
Monitor category and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and support the development of long‑term revenue growth management strategies.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance Team to drive the growth agenda.
Proactively network and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in order to support the adaptation of best practices, analytics, tools and systems.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience, ideally within FMCG, in a business orientated Finance or Commercial support function including revenue growth management responsibilities.
Strong technical and functional knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Microsoft office, strong database management skills, SAP & Power BI experience is an advantage.
Very strong analytical skills: exploration and visualization skills, statistical knowledge; ability to analyse complex financial problems and generate value‑adding insights.
Problem‑solving approach and critical thinking with high attention to detail and openness to experiment with new approaches and tools.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, strong networking and teamwork skills.
