Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for managing a whole site or multiple units on night duty, including clinical decision-making, incident and risk management, and co-ordination of emergency responses.
* Proven ability to implement, monitor and ensure compliance with HSE standards, local policies and regulatory requirements for Older Persons Residential & Rehabilitation Services during night duty.
The post holder will have evidence of effective leadership and supervision of nursing staff on night duty. This includes clear communication, autonomous decision making and structured handover to day management structures.
Maintaining safe delivery service is crucial in this role. Candidates must demonstrate their experience in this field.
