Senior Engineering Manager
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the front-end engineering team and drive scalable, high-performance user experiences.
This role will play a key part in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and promoting best practices across the team.
* Lead front-end engineers, promoting strong teamwork and best practices.
* Design and deliver scalable, high-performing front-end solutions that meet business objectives.
* Mentor developers, review code, and drive continuous improvement of development workflows.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop end-to-end solutions.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor front-end engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving engineering quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
* Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
* Excellent technical skills, including experience with front-end development frameworks and tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
