This is a full-time position requiring a 6-day commitment per week.1. LettingManage the entire letting process from property listing to tenant move-in.Prepare and update property advertisements, ensuring accurate and appealing listings.Conduct property viewingsWork with maintenance team and ensure all properties are rentableOversee the preparation and signing of tenancy agreements and related documentation.2. Landlord and Tenant RelationsAct as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants regarding tenancy matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords/tenants to encourage repeat business.Resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally.3.
