Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with senior leadership, hiring managers, and the wider HR team to engage and recruit top talent across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. They will manage a portfolio of openings focusing on EPS's hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
1. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for engineering roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience
2. Candidate Management: Support the recruitment process including job postings resume screening Candidate selection
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders Hiring Managers Other HR colleagues to understand staffing needs provide expert recruitment advice
4. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of openings maintaining excellent records in ATS Data analysis Project management to find top talent Networking Build maintain networks through proactive market research Ongoing relationship management Compliance Ensure all recruitment activities comply company policies legal requirements Reporting Maintain accurate up-to-date Recruitment records Regular reports on Recruitment outcomes
