Senior Architectural Technologist
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on projects across various sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, conservation, and residential. They will be responsible for developing projects from inception to site, with an element of site-based work.
Key qualifications include a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, with at least 10 years of post-graduation experience. Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations is essential, as well as registration with professional bodies such as RIAI, CIAT, CIOB. Proficiency in AutoCAD is also required, while knowledge of Revit is desirable.
Responsibilities will include preparing statutory consent applications, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation. Experience with Irish planning, building regulations, building control, and health & safety legislation is also required. An interest or expertise in design innovation areas such as modular construction and prefabricated systems would be beneficial.
