Job Title: Senior Mental Health Professional
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering essential mental health services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
The ideal candidate will have strong evidence-based clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and empathy towards patients, relatives, and colleagues. They will also possess specialist registration with the Irish Medical Council and demonstrate expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and leading a multi-disciplinary team
* Participating in an on-call rota
* Meeting objectives for delivering high-quality Consultant-led Mental Health Services
To be eligible for these roles, you must be registered with or in the process of registering with the Irish Medical Council, possess specialist registration, and demonstrate expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
