We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Senior Speech Therapist.
About the Role
* Maintain a complex caseload, delivering high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services.
* Provide expert supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students in speech therapy.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for service improvement and quality assurance within the discipline.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver coordinated family-centred care plans.
* Evaluate and maintain professional standards, including registration with relevant governing bodies.
* Represent the profession and contribute to internal and external communications.
* Support research initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective case management and collaboration.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted interventions to support individuals with communication difficulties.
3. Supervise and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in speech therapy.
