Food and Beverage Operations Manager
We seek an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of all our food and beverage outlets.
About the Role:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality service to guests.
* Collaborate with our General Manager/Deputy General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, selecting, and training exceptional staff members.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial performance.
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks.
* Support the development of key team members through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee growth.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of reservations for assigned food and beverage outlets and coordinate with relevant departments.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and control beverage costs within budgeted targets.
* Meet departmental sales targets within forecasted and budgeted targets.
* Implement effective timekeeping systems and train team members accordingly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with company standards.
