As part of the Human Resources management team the Senior Manager will support the delivery of an effective HR Strategy and professional HR Function to meet the needs of the organisation, clients, and staff. Location: Dublin City Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours Core Job Requirements: Supporting the Director of HR, provide leadership and direction to the HR Function, ensuring alignment with organisational strategic goals. Implement HR strategies that support the organisation's objectives and enhance employee engagement. Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness. Specific areas of strategic influence and operational effectiveness include: Compensation & Benefits Employee retention Internal Communications Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex HR and compliance matters. Collate, report and action key performance indicators for areas of influence Collaborate with other functions and senior leadership on strategic projects and organisational initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and improve HR processes. Develop the team members by identifying their strengths, coaching and proposing changes to the ways of working as appropriate. Essential for the role: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Senior HR role Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a major in HR, business management/administration or equivalent. CIPD qualified. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Broad HR expertise including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS Demonstrates a balanced approach - equally comfortable with hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders. Strong credibility, and ability to influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent IT skills. Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities. Ability to use data to support decision making and drive engagement from key stakeholders A coaching and mentoring mindset.
