A long-established project management and cost consultancy based in Dublin city centre is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects across Ireland. Youll lead the full cost management cycle on public and private sector developments across various sectors. The remit will include: End-to-end cost planning, budgeting, and reporting across multiple projects Leading tender processes, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies Managing valuations, variations, and final account settlements Identifying cost efficiencies and risk mitigation opportunities Delivering regular cost forecasts and progress updates to clients Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and mentoring junior staff The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a strong consultancy or client-side background who can confidently manage medium / largescale developments: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Chartered status (SCSI / RICS) or actively working toward it 7+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally in a cost consultancy, developer, or client-side role Proven track record in cost reporting, valuations, claims, and contract administration Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills Full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: €70k-€85k+ (DOE) Performance-based bonus scheme Professional membership fees paid Support for ongoing CPD and career development Flexible working arrangements A friendly, progressive team culture in a prime Dublin location For further details please forward your cv to Debroah.
