The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Building Services Systems for designated large-scale or multiple smaller projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to the company's zero objectives for safety, quality, and energy efficiency. Responsibilities
5. Advocate for the implementation of Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, offering technical support, guidance, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Foster alignment of the Building Services "Value Proposition" with the Business Units' and Company's Vision, Values, and Ambition Objectives.
7. Contribute to the execution of the Building Services Strategy Plan, supporting the Business Units' goals.
8. Oversee that all MEP Technical and Commercial aspects of project bids are managed according to the Company's Pre-Construction Manual Procedures.
9. Guide the process of tendering and awarding MEP packages, ensuring compliance with pre-construction and procurement strategies and objectives.
10. Ensure that MEP teams evaluate temporary electrical needs for projects, including load and energy assessments, in accordance with Management System Guidelines
Requirements
11. Relevant academic qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related MEP technical field.
12. Over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, with essential experience in hospital projects.
13. IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety Management Training.
14. Higher Diploma or Degree in a Technical or Construction-related discipline.
15. Strong understanding of the MEP supply chain market and the operational dynamics within which the company functions.
