As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide specialist care to individuals who require inpatient treatment through a model of recovery and rehabilitation. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
* Providing safe management and administration of medications
* Supporting the development and implementation of Health Assessments, Medication Plans, and supporting documents outlining individualized supports
* Ensuring that all Health Action Plans are delivered appropriately to Service Users
