Offer description

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Work closely with Lead Scheduler, Project Manager, Project Controller, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage Change events through the schedule, utilise Scenario planning to inform the Management team of all impacts resulting from changes.
Coordinate baseline development, progress updates, and schedule forecasts, ensuring full integration of project activities.
Monitor critical paths, identify potential delays, and provide early warning reports with recovery recommendations.
Support resource planning and leveling across concurrent projects.
Generate periodic progress and performance reports (earned value, milestone tracking, variance analysis).
Participate in project review meetings and contribute to status reporting, including schedule risk assessments.
Ensure schedules comply with internal procedures and meet pharmaceutical industry regulatory expectations.
Collaborate with cost controllers to integrate cost and schedule data for dashboard and portfolio reporting.

PRINCIPAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in project planning/scheduling roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven expertise using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for complex project scheduling.
Solid understanding of EPC, CQV, and GMP project lifecycles.
Experience in resource loading, progress measurement, and schedule risk analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project controls systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).

PREFERRED TECHNICAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Managing a portfolio of baseload and large projects;
Managing project schedules in a fast paced and complex environment;
A decision maker and effective communicator;
Project and construction management;
Developing a strong working relationship with teams and cross functional departments;
Change management in developing and implementing new and /or improved scheduling procedures and processes for a site;
