Role DescriptionThis role is for an Investment Banking Analyst who will support financial advisory, capital markets, and transaction-related activities. In this position, you will assist in analyzing financial information, preparing valuation models, and supporting strategic and transactional decision-making across a range of corporate finance initiatives.Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial statements, market data, and industry research to support mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other advisory engagements. You will build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and prepare sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess potential outcomes and risks.You will also support the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and internal reports, ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and clearly communicated. Assisting with due diligence processes, coordinating data requests, and organizing transaction documentation are important aspects of the role.The Investment Banking Analyst plays a critical role in supporting deal execution by providing timely and accurate analysis.
