About the Role:
We have excellent opportunities for talented and ambitious Town Planners and Senior Town Planners in Dublin.
The successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team, involved in a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including:
Housing Developments
Mixed-Use Urban Regeneration Strategies
Infrastructure Projects
Masterplans
Statutory Development Plans and Local Area Plans
Commercial, Renewable Energy, Industrial, and Data Centre Projects

You will collaborate on complex and large-scale projects and contribute to achieving successful outcomes for clients, while enhancing your planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and lodgement of planning applications, appeals, and submissions.
Working on strategic infrastructure development projects, renewable energy projects, and electricity transmission projects.
Contributing to Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs).
Managing small to medium-sized projects independently or as part of a team.
Providing expert advice and strategic support to clients across various sectors.
Contributing to statutory Development Plans and Local Area Plans.
Supporting the planning team and mentoring junior staff, as required.
Cultivating client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Experience & Qualifications:
An accredited post-graduate degree in Planning (e.g., IPI or RTPI qualification or equivalent).
Membership with the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is desirable.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and submissions.
Experience working on commercial, industrial, strategic infrastructure, renewable energy, and electricity transmission projects.
Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects independently.
Strong understanding of the Irish planning system and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional report writing skills, particularly in the preparation of planning reports, appeals, and submissions.
