CPL is currently seeking an Office Administrator for a part-time role based in Coachford, Co Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new company. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, assisting with daily tasks. Ability to perform well in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively is essential.
Details:
Working hours: 3-4 days per week (9am-5pm)
Core Duties:
1. Office management - ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
2. Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment.
3. Ensuring a tidy and organized office environment.
4. Assisting with preparation for client meetings.
5. Data entry and record keeping.
6. Assisting with invoicing and tracking expenses.
7. Providing administrative support - handling calls and emails, preparing reports and documents, managing employee records, and assisting with onboarding.
