Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high visual standards.
* Drive sales through effective team management, KPI monitoring, and informed decision-making.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to help them achieve their full potential.
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
* E nsure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Report on store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
