Deputy General Manager - 4* Hotel in Cork
We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager to join a leading 4-star Hotel in Cork. This well-known hotel boasts a prime location, offering an excellent opportunity for career development in a property renowned for its service and standards.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations across all departments including Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Meetings & Events.
2. Lead and develop the team, continuously improving procedures and service levels.
3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Oversee shift procedures, opening, and closing routines.
5. Provide mature leadership and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
Requirements
* Experience managing busy Food & Beverage operations to high standards.
* Proven experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and special Events.
* Responsibility for entire Hotel F&B and M&E operations, including team performance.
* Effective leadership, team management, and development skills.
* Reliable, committed, motivated, and professional attitude.
* At least 3 years of Operations Management or F&B Director experience in a prominent 4/5-star hotel in Ireland preferred.
* Legal right to work in Ireland is required; work permits are not available for this role.
