Investment Operations Associate - Hybrid Location: Letterkenny, Co. Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and NAVs between internal systems and custodians Complete monthly Statement of Investments reconciliations Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash and positions independently Communicate operational issues proactively with relevant stakeholders Take ownership of issues and drive resolution with consideration for cross-functional impact Identify and mitigate risks that could affect fund operations Continuously improve processes by leveraging available tools and identifying inefficiencies Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience Background in finance, portfolio administration, custody operations, or professional services Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and solid communication skills (written and verbal) A curious, quality-driven approach to problem solving Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Value teamwork and recognition of individual contributions Ability to multitask and absorb information across a wide range of financial products.
