Our Client
Our client is an Irish SME business that has grown through expansion in recent years who are on track for continued growth in 2025.The company is looking to expand even further over the coming years and in order for this to happen successfully, they are seeking a Head of Finance & Operations to join their team in a newly created role.

Role and Reporting Lines
This role will be the most senior person in finance and will report to the founders. Managing a small team of finance and operational professionals, the role will be varied to include:
* Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements
* Financial modelling, monthly projections and cashflow planning
* Working with the commercial team to set realistic/tangible budgets and forecasts coupled investigating variances
* Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance
* Finance Operations - Hands-on involvement
* Tax planning, liaising with tax advisors
* Ad hoc project work
