Job Title: Hybrid Service Manager
This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, overseeing units in various locations and ensuring services are run in accordance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee units in designated locations, providing strategic leadership and management support.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain operational knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 8 on the QQI Framework or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management Qualification ideal.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care.
* Demonstrable knowledge of HIQA and relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
