We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager to join our team. This individual will lead and support a great team to ensure our guests receive a warm and efficient welcome.
About the Role:
* Liaise with senior management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Prepare, implement, and train on SOPs and standards.
* Evaluate and improve arrival and departure procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage front office teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
2. Attend meetings and participate in decision-making processes.
3. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
4. Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager is essential.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
