At Dornan
we are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Business Partner to work in our corporate team in Cork.
Reporting to the head of Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Business Partner will work closely with the HRBP (Ops) and L&D Team to ensure the effective delivery of the company L&D Strategy.

Your day to day will include:
Assessment & Psychometrics:

* Experience with Learning Management System and other L&D software/tools.
* Choose and implement best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate employee potential.
* Analyse and translate psychometric outcomes into actionable talent insights.
* manage Talent Analytics & Dashboards.
* Build intuitive dashboards that inform critical talent decisions, such as promotion readiness and succession planning.
* Utilise data to streamline processes, identify capability trends, and drive strategic workforce planning.

People Development

* Use assessment outcomes and employee profiles to recommend targeted learning and development actions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development plans with individual and organisational needs.

Competency Modelling:

* Design and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioural indicators.

KPIs & Impact Monitoring:

* Develop and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives.
* Monitor progress and generate insights to continuously improve programs.
* Employee Engagement & Communication.
* Educate and support employees and managers throughout the assessment process.
* Contribute to feedback delivery and functional review sessions.

What we are looking for:

* Previous L&D experience and the ability to balance many competing demands.
* 3-5 Years Coaching Experience.
* Experience in 'Business Psycoloigy' would be an advantage.
* Good understanding of assessment tools to evaluate employee potential.
* Having a formal education in Business Psychology' is an advantage.
* Good presentation skills, plus a confident written and verbal communicator.
* Utilise data to streamline processes, identify capability trends, and drive strategic workforce planning.
* Strong work ethic and a propensity for self-improvement.
* Ability to prioritise, plan and organise L&D initiatives.

Working Schedule
: Full time, two days from home.
