As a process optimization specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and advancing knowledge on products, performance, and end-to-end processes. This includes critical quality attributes and critical process parameters.
You will liaise with regional and global technical teams to ensure proper controls are established and maintained for products manufactured in a validated state of control.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in logistics planning, procurement, supply planning, site scheduling, and project management in an enterprise-level FMCG or pharma firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP MERP is also required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing and maintaining continued process verification
* Incoporating data trending and statistical analysis
* Validating manufacturing and packaging process parameters necessary to assure product quality
