Location is flexible (Remote or Hybrid), and will be discussed during the interview process.The Senior Director, Product Management, MedSurg Division leads the development, communication, and execution of the global vision and strategy for Division product management and product lifecycle, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities.Lead the global vision, strategy, and execution for Product Management across the Division, ensuring portfolio vitality and total product lifecycle (TPLC) excellence. This role is accountable for aligning all three specialties under a unified operating model that delivers differentiated, compliant, and profitable products globally.ResponsibilitiesLead Division product management to provide global direction, prioritization, and alignment across portfolios, while accommodating for local and regional regulations and needs and adapting to market shiftsWork closely with other leaders within the Division, company Functions, and Operational Units to develop, implement, and execute the Division product strategy and ensure consistency in priorities, processes, and structureChair divisional portfolio reviews and stage gates; set and manage decision criteria for prioritization and resource allocationSet and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the strategy for Division portfolios and also ensure sustained business growth and operational excellence.
