We're hiring a hands-on, player-manager Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand and market presence of Yomali and its five portfolio companies at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll own the full marketing lifecycle — from storytelling and content to demand generation, sales collateral, and employer branding.
Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, M&A opportunities, and talent attraction.
This is not a "keep the lights on" role. You'll have the autonomy to test bold ideas, build what doesn't exist yet, and create a scalable marketing engine — while hiring and leading a small team as the function grows.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
* Build and lead a small marketing team (content, social, field marketing)
* Partner closely with Sales, M&A, and Talent to align messaging and materials
* Design and execute creative, data-driven campaigns
* Track performance, report ROI, and continuously optimise
Who We're Looking For
Experience
* Proven track record of taking a company from low visibility to measurable growth
* Experience in early-stage or scale-up environments (roughly 50–200 employees)
Skills
* Full-cycle B2B marketing (brand, content, digital, demand generation)
* Strong understanding of how marketing supports revenue, M&A, and hiring
Leadership
* True player-manager: equally comfortable building and executing
* Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a small team
Mindset
* Creative, bold, and autonomous
* Comfortable operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes
Nice to have
* Experience in SaaS, Fintech, eCommerce, or other high-growth sectors
Why Join Yomali?
* A genuine blank canvas across multiple businesses
* Direct impact on revenue growth, M&A success, and talent attraction
* High autonomy with strong leadership support
* Opportunity to build something meaningful and visible within your first year
* Proudly rated 4.42/5 eNPS, reflecting a strong and continuously improving employee experience
"I like to hire great people, get out of their way, and back them 100%."
