Culinary Team Member
As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the kitchen management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. This includes food preparation, quality control, physical maintenance, and inventory functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will be working as part of a team to prepare and present high-quality menu items, ensuring that all dishes meet our hotel's standards.
You will also be involved in the development of new menu ideas and concepts, as well as monitoring competitor trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with HACCP procedures
* Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
