Job Title: Retail Area Manager
The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of Store Managers, overseeing their performance, employee relations, and customer complaints. This role requires strategic thinking, operational skills, and the ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a team of Store Managers to achieve business objectives.
2. Oversee employee relations, customer complaints, and take necessary action to minimize their impact on the business.
3. Lead and manage teams in a dynamic work environment with excellent communication and management skills.
4. Develop and implement CAPA plans, manage time effectively, and continuously review work methods to maximize efficiencies.
5. Prepare weekly KPI reports and liaise with all head office departments as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience within the retail industry.
* Financial acumen and the ability to think strategically and operationally.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage others.
* A strong record of achievement working in a customer-focused organization.
* Business acumen gained through work experience or a business degree.
