About the Role
This is a maternity cover position offering a unique opportunity to shape the culture and success of your team. You will report to the Area Director of Sales and collaborate with other departments for seamless hotel operations execution.
Main Responsibilities
* Effectively manage key corporate accounts to capitalize on opportunities from existing clients
* SOURCE new business from local corporate markets
* Identify global RFP opportunities and submit compelling business cases for your hotel
* Represent the hotels at sales meetings and customer-led events as appropriate
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience working within a similar role in hotels
* Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
* Ability to develop long-lasting relationships through account management
* Sales-focused and results-driven
