Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a commercial refurbishment project in Westmeath. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating and supervising construction projects, with a strong focus on site management, personnel supervision, and health and safety.
The role involves:
* Coordinating and supervising the construction of a commercial development;
* Acting as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and design teams;
* Reporting into and supporting the Site Project Manager and Company Director;
* Oversight of procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality control;
* Effective management of site requirements, resources, and budget; and
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* A degree in Construction Management or relevant trade background;
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
* Experience working on refurbishment projects and live sites is preferred;
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; and
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
