Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Evaluate quotations and negotiate terms.
* Appoint subcontractors and suppliers with contracts or purchase orders.
* Measure and value completed works and variations.
* Negotiate and agree payment certificates.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally have 4-5 years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
