We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our Customer Service Team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Foster exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
* Work effectively as a team player, also capable of independent work
* Maintain strong attention to detail


Schedule:

39 hours onsite, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent support to our clients and colleagues alike. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This will include providing administrative support to our team, answering phone calls and responding to emails, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.
