TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies, and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Operations Manager to partner with the Head of Business Operations and Head of SMB, EMEA. As the Business Operations Manager, you are focused on establishing and maintaining high standards of project management, processes, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of key strategic initiatives for SMB EMEA. We have two roles: one will focus on partnering with the TikTok Shop team, and the other on project management, process improvement, and best practice building for SMB Sales in EMEA.

You'll closely partner with Sales Leaders, Strategy, Product, TikTok Shop, and Marketing teams to address core business opportunities and challenges. We seek a proactive, motivated individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a strong desire to learn and innovate, you will be adept at solving complex problems and delivering solutions that benefit SMB teams across the EMEA region. In this role, you will define project goals and scopes, ensure effective communication across various functions and regions, and continuously enhance business solutions for global clients. Experience working with Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc., is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Building collaboration across SMB EMEA:
2. Creates and maintains forums for key reporting and engagement, including managing documentation, schedules, and coordinating meetings. Assists with budgeting and financial tracking to optimize team alignment.
3. Facilitates clear communication channels between stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and activities throughout a project lifecycle, including regular updates and meetings.
4. Develops initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement across a multi-country sales team, creating opportunities for recognition and cross-team interaction aligned with SMB EMEA’s mission.
5. Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders; facilitates decision-making by presenting updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
6. Business strategies impacting growth priorities:
7. Builds understanding of SMB EMEA Sales and the larger SMB ecosystem to influence priorities and workstreams.
8. Monitors business opportunities or gaps, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
9. Establishes project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices for transparency and standards adherence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* At least 4 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or related fields.
* Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects across different teams and countries.
* Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and present recommendations.
* Willingness to travel globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in fast-paced environments.
* Experience with Go-To-Market, Strategy & Operations functions is desired.
* Entrepreneurial mindset capable of leading initiatives from inception.
* Experience in digital ad sales is a plus.
* Understanding of business functions within large organizations.
* Business fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
