Key Responsibilities:

* Establish strong relationships with regional stakeholders to drive financial alignment and operational excellence

* Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions

* Establish and manage EMEA Deal Desk function as part of your broader strategic finance responsibilities by supporting sales teams on deal structuring, approval workflows, and best practices to accelerate deal cycles while maximizing business outcomes
">
* Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, financial modeling, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk and marketing spend

* Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives
">
* Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations

Requirements:

* 12+ years of experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking
">
* International finance experience with complex cross-border operations
">
* Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop/maintain complex business models
">
* Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges
">
* Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
">
* Excitement about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
">
* A bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
">
* Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
