Financial Reporting Supervisor – HedgeServ
Financial Reporting Supervisor will prepare financial statements across HedgeServ’s strategic clients in compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS or Luxembourg GAAP under the guidance of the Financial Reporting Manager and/or Director.

Responsibilities
Prepare primary financial statements and all note disclosures in accordance with fund domicile regulations, relevant GAAP (primarily US GAAP, IFRS or Luxembourg GAAP), constituting fund documents, and auditor instructions.
Develop template financial statements utilizing the HedgeServ Financial Reporting tool and third‑party bespoke applications.
Co‑ordinate weekly calls with auditors, investment managers and HedgeServ, tracking project status against milestones and resolving ad‑hoc GAAP or regulatory queries.
Build a detailed knowledge of GAAP and regulations (e.g., AIFMD, UCITs, CFTC) to identify permissible disclosures and add value to the investment manager’s process.
Ensure all investment manager and auditor queries on the financial statements are resolved in a timely manner.
Identify and investigate errors or problems, escalating as required.
Deliver all work on schedule to meet agreed timelines.
Maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or Business.
Certified Public Accountant preferred but not required.
Experience and understanding in US GAAP and/or IFRS or Luxembourg GAAP.
At least 3–4 years of experience in audit, fund administration or fund accounting within asset management and investment fund industry (Big‑4 audit experience considered a plus).
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
