The Role :
The company is seeking a motivated Investment Surveyor to join its expanding Commercial team. This role offers significant career growth within a supportive environment. Responsibilities include managing real estate transactions and asset management across Ireland, with potential travel to London and Europe.
Reporting to : Director of Capital Markets
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Collaborating with the Director of Capital Markets on investment instructions, negotiations, and property inspections.
* Marketing and facilitating the sale of investment properties, actively promoting the firm.
* Performing detailed financial modelling, including cash flow analysis.
* Assisting in drafting reports and providing consultancy advice to clients, including lease renewals.
* Engaging in proactive business development activities with potential investors and clients.
* Assisting in the acquisition of investment properties and portfolios.
* Pursuing personal development opportunities, including CPD requirements.
* Liaising with various departments to promote company services and client offerings.
Qualifications and Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
* 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial real estate practice.
* RICS Registered Valuer status.
* PSRA Licence Holder.
