including test planning and deployment to productionCollaborate strongly with all Tech/Business/Finance teams ensuring alignment and transparency on deliverablesManage a team of Delivery Managers ensuring a transparent reporting & performance management cultureEffectively manage technical project decisions with a view of the overall desired business outcome of this change / strategic mindsetGovernanceWork with Portfolio Managers / Head of Delivery to ensure governance is in placeEstablish, manage and support full reporting governanceEnsure the effective and auditable management of all artefacts outlined in the delivery frameworkReport delivery status and updates in line with recommended governance frameworkWork closely with finance business partners to ensure the active management and reporting of project financial status outputsActively manage all risk items, mitigating challenges throughout deliveryEnsure an on time and on budget delivery culture aligned with the agreed delivered methodologyEngagement & CommunicationsBuild and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholdersCommunicate complex technical status / issues / challenges in simple terms, in improvements gaps to where its evident that technical changes are going to impact business processOversight on data integrity, security, and complianceYour Qualifications And Key CriteriaRelevant 3rd level qualification with a strong technical focusExcellent knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall & AgilePossess at least 10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years in project or programme management / agile deliveryExperience in working with third party suppliers in the delivery of business or IT change initiatives – including experience of working with remote and co-located teams and vendorsAdvanced level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Agile tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExperience of implementing projects with a budget of at least €1 millionExperience leading complex technology and business transformation projectsA strong understanding of best practices, tools and techniques for project management and programme management with ability to continuously improve these processesAcute understanding and ability to demonstrate expertise in Quality Management, Project Planning, Risk & Change managementExcellent communication skills, with a strong ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally at levels up to Director and C SuiteStrong negotiation skills with proven ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and to influence stakeholders in support of project
