Project Management Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to take on a challenging role in residential and mixed-use property developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be involved in every stage from concept to completion.
This role will involve work on a number of high-profile projects and require the management of complex stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of stakeholder relationships and sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
* Establishment of an overall project budget, including consultancy fees, construction costs, and other related expenses.
* Production of reports on scope, budget, and timescale delivery against baseline targets.
* Procurement of additional project team members as required, ensuring compliance with EU Public Procurement requirements.
* Supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate construction/project management experience.
* A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
* Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
* Current full class B drivers' license and access to own car.
