Job Purpose
The Team Member provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain high service standards.
Contract Details
40 hours per week across 4 days, with 11-hour shifts and 1-hour unpaid breaks.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers professionally.
* Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.
* Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries.
* Serve food and drinks promptly.
* Attend to guests' needs during their visit.
* Handle customer complaints professionally.
* Process payments accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
* Assist with setting and clearing tables and restocking supplies.
* Report hazards or concerns immediately.
Qualifications
* Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
* Basic math skills for transactions.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information
A five-year reference check and police check are required as the store is airside in the departures lounge. Further details will be provided at the interview stage.
