We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civils Engineer to manage and oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of site operations, managing resources, and achieving project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in civil engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement departments
* Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure high-quality outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
