Job Title: Field Sales Executive
This role combines managing and nurturing existing client relationships with identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
* Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to understand their ongoing needs.
* Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
In addition to client management, this role involves business development, including:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the pallets and manufacturing sector.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales and grow the customer base.
* Generate leads through field activity, networking, referrals, and industry events.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policy.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
