Performance and Planning Manager
A key role for a skilled FP&A professional to drive the performance of multiple business units in a leading Irish Group.
The successful applicant will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data across business segments, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set performance targets and strategic objectives.
* Involved in budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting analysis of performance vs budgets.
* Consolidate and interpret financial and commercial performance data from all Business units in the Group.
* Design and monitor Power BI dashboards and reports, offering real-time insights and trend analysis.
* Undertake scenario analyses and feasibility studies to support decision-making for new initiatives or expansions.
* Business partner with sales, operations, IT, and external partners.
* Manage and coach a team of two direct reports.
Requirements:
* ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification with 4+ years PQE.
* Excellent analytical abilities, extracting meaningful insights from diverse and complex data sets.
* Keen attention to detail and structured approach to identifying trends, root causes, and possible solutions.
* Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
* Team player working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Power BI expertise and familiarity with additional data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
