Our hotel kitchen is looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our team as a Culinary Team Member.
This role involves working closely with the head chef and sous chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the head chef and sous chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
