We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for our South Mall branch.
This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients through the phone and in person for car, home and van insurance.
Salary dependent on insurance qualifications and experience.
There is also a commission/bonus structure in place in addition to base salary.
Responsibilities
Advising clients on the best personal lines products to suit their needs.
Processing new business, mid-term alterations and renewal requests.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Assisting clients through the claims process.
The Ideal Candidate
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum Level 7 Degree.
Have previous customer service experience.
Be highly organised, diligent, and thorough.
Be a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
Enjoy learning.
