Job Description:
As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the needs of residents
* Leading and managing a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
* Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Monitoring and improving the quality of care provided by the team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current NMBI registration
* Proven experience in a senior nursing role (ADON, or DON level)
* A warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people
* Strong clinical governance and management skills
