Accounts Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payments, manage invoices, reconcile records, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
* Monitor, allocate, and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
* Prepare and process bank lodgements as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and credit control processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
* Experience using accounting software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines effectively.
